My main interest is surface design on fabric. I am a batik and rozome artist as well as silk painter, quilter, and dyer. I create wall pieces and some wearables. I have also done ecclesiastical pieces. I work with Procion MX, H, and acid dyes as well as Createx pigments. I also incorporate machine embroidery and beading into some of my pieces. My inspiration usually begins with a photo I have taken. I work in colored pencil, oil paint, and watercolor, as well.
